Titlu Job: Network Integration Test Engineer

The Network Integration Test Engineer will be responsible for planning and coordinating the technical development and deployment of the large programs and applications, involving multiple different MU and IT Development groups. The position holder shall be able to give advice related to different scenarios and also actively work with improvements within own area. Roles and responsibilities: • Development of test plans based on analysis of requirements and design/system documentation • Execution of requirements-based functional testing at node, system, and/or network level • Performance, adversarial and robustness, and regression testing • Development and maintenance of automation framework and test support tooling. • Interfacing with all other engineering disciplines, as well as reporting to the project manager • Filing of defect reports against software and hardware and retest when fixed. • Storage of execution results in the common test harness database and production of various reports based thereon • Generation of Statement of Verification report mapping all requirements to test cases and their results • Up to 3 years experience or new graduate. BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline required • Knowledge of data structures, networking protocols, and operating systems (UNIX), solid problem solving skills • Experience with Automation tools like Jmeter and Load Runner • Scripting (Perl, TCL Expect) an asset but in general automation is done in the mentioned Automation tools • Ability to write test documentation -Test analysis, Test Specification, and Test Reports - based upon product/solution requirements documents • Experience testing and troubleshooting software in general, data bases, and web applications. • Ability to interact with a multi-location team regarding test status and defect tracking • Ability to develop and maintain automated tests, simulators, and log parsers to verify requirements compliance and fault isolation to correctly determine cause of test failures • Ability to design, implement, and maintain a test setup in a lab environment • Good communication skills, both oral and written.
