Descrierea postului:
-Technical interface with customers;
-Ensure that customers\'services are operating at an optimum level;
-Network monitoring and surveillance; troubleshooting and maintenance escalation;
Cerinte:
-University diploma preferred (at least terminal year student);
-Technical background; any networking certification is a plus;
-Experience in ISP or IP networking required - at least 1 year;
-Telecom experience is a plus;
-High sense of responsibility;
-Customer orientation and excellent communication skills;
-Proactive person, team player;
-English language: advanced in speaking and writing.
