Titlu Job: IT Project Manager/Team Leader Brasov
Requirements:
University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
Good technical knowledge of IT, solid background in project management.
Fluent in English, Romanian and French are a plus.
Very good organizational and communication skills, commercial business and financial experience is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects, knowledge of project management software.
IT systems and software architecture experience (.NET, java knowledge would be a plus)
Project Management certifications are a plus.
Process oriented, experience within ISO standards is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Lead, develop and train a team of local staff (programmers and data management specialists) in order to expand the company\'s client base.
Report to and liaise with the group\'s other offices and departments.
The job includes support of the human resource policy in line with the other company offices.
Manage multiple projects, utilize project management software to keep management, clients and staff informed of status at all times.
You will prepare periodic reports, progress, status or other special reports for management.
The person should be motivated and open to taking direction, is even tempered and enjoys motivating people.
