Our client, one of the most important IT companies in the world, is currently looking for 2 persons, that will complete their sales team, for servers division, from Bucharest office.
Job description:
• Manages the business growth of the server business and attached support services within assigned accounts/territory
• Increase company Share of Wallet within the accounts
• Perform competitive positioning of the products and articulate COMPANY’s Value Proposition
• Understands and can articulate product road maps
• Prepare special configuration in consultation with customer and presales technical consultant
• Be key customer advocate within the COMPANY
• Understand and follow key sales processes including Funnel management
• Manage and coordinate activities with aligned Account team members, Inside Sales and Customer Service resources
• Driving solution based selling to differentiate the COMPANY from competitors
• Strong focus on TCE and continuous improvement

Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years Sales experience
Master\'s (graduate) degree preferably IT and/or business related or equivalent
Sound knowledge of IT sales
A self-motivated, go-and-get approach and the will to win
Strong presentation, sales, negotiation and influencing skills
An organized, team approach
Fluent English
Driving license
