Titlu Job: System Administrator
Descrierea postului:
•Responsible for maintaining the overall health of the computer system, troubleshooting and resolving problems within the Active Directory infrastructure;
•Provides continuous monitoring, assessment and reporting about the overall computer infrastructure and individual systems performance;
•Participates in the development of the computer Active Directory infrastructure standards and operational procedures;
•Researches and maintains knowledge of infrastructure technologies;
•Maintains and develops security systems in order to ensure the confidentiality, security and integrity of data on the computer infrastructure;
•Participates in the development of infrastructure standards and operational procedures;
•Configures monitors and troubleshoots the computers and servers both from the branches and from the DataCenter;
•Supports the technical support staff including the Service Desk function, Incident and Problem Management processes, by providing direction, training, and assistance with escalated problems;
•Ensures that quality services with an emphasis on end-user satisfaction are provided to Bank’s employees that are using the computer infrastructure;
•Acts as superior level of support by responding to user incidents and requests for service, identifying problems and developing workarounds, providing solutions for known errors and performing standard changes.
Cerinte:
•Solid knowledge in Windows Server 2003 Active Directory Services;
•Knowledge of other Microsoft Server System products like: Exchange Server, ISA, MOM, SMS, Office Share Point Server, Project Server;
•Basic knowledge of networking: TCP/IP, LAN technologies;
•Strong analytical skills, very meticulous and attentive to details, patient and stress resistant;
•Fluency in English is a must;
•MCP or CCNA certifications are a plus;
•Proven experience on a similar position would be an advantage.
