CANDIDATUL IDEAL: EDUCATION: University Degree preferably informatics or polytechnic TRAININGS: Microsoft Courses Microsoft SQL Server certifications would be an advantage Crystal Reports would be an advantage EXPERIENCE: 3-4 years experience as Analyst on Business Processes and Technology Experience in three tiered client server environments – Experience on Custom Made Applications Development KNOWLEDGE: • Software Implementation & Support: Plan and implement the transition to a new software or infrastructure with minimal impact to the users. • Software Design Build and Test: Design, Build and Deploy enhancements to the current Software Solutions, ensuring user requirements are meet, and that Applications evolution is aligned with IT Capability Plan. • Business Process Acumen: Design and develop technology solutions that meet business requirements. • Configuration and Release Management: Manages all tasks related with migration between development and production environment. • Problem Solving: Solves problems requiring the analysis of information by applying logical reasoning to identify issues, generate solutions, and define a course of action in a timely manner • English – High level PERSONAL SKILLS • Be a result-driven, communicative person who can work independent • Able to work in a stress environment RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII: PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES : 1. Manages the Application Architecture Model and standards that guide the mapping of business requirements to application logic and application interfaces. • Gather requirements, analyze, design the solution and implement the changes in the system • Communicate proactively with the user to involve him in the different stages on the implementation life-cycle (gather user requirements, validate analysis and systems changes, user acceptance test, post implementation follow-up); 2. Manages the Data Model and standards that guide the development and maintenance of data structures, tables, and objects. • Work with the Network Administrator to evaluate any change on the system • Help business to utilize fullest potential of ERP system and applications • Implement an Audit Trail on master files and transactions system 3. Investigate and follow-up on software system failures (problem determination/ problem source identification). • Provides guidance to the users to ensure effective, focused, and timely troubleshooting of problems • Investigate conflicts caused by new applications, hardware changes, configuration changes • Coordinate application bug fix activities between end users, IT Department and Software Development Providers. 4. Implement Backup Strategy for applications and SQL databases with respect to Data Integrity and Data Security • Defines backups checks • Defines labeling of the tapes • Defines recovery procedure RESPONSIBILITIES • Responsible for review, correct and update application documentation. • Responsible for support or complete User Acceptance Test • Responsible of optimizing the SQL databases If interested, send your CV at lfilimon@antal.com
