Titlu Job: Technical Consultant for Security Solutions
Descrierea postului:
Scope: Provide pre-sales technical support for local partners, prepare technical content and presentations for partners, special deals and local events, organize post-sales technical support, and answer and/or forward issues to EEMEA support.
Duties and responsibilities:
• Responsible for dealing directly with the partners, usually in person or by telephone/internet, for technical inquiries about the company\'s products and solutions.
• By having a very good understanding of the products, promote them to partners or special customers.
• Prepare write-ups and white papers regarding on company’s products and solutions.
• Prepare technical presentations in Romanian/English upon request of direct manager, and delivers them to the audience.
• Provide technical support for partners and selected business customers.
• Prepare or help preparing bid documents for partners.
• Prepare and deliver technical support trainings to partners.
• Organize systems and provide technical support for end-users with the back end of the EEMEA technical support.
• Act as a source of technical expertise to others throughout the business.
• Assist in the creation of offerings and presentations.
• Communicates with the EEMEA product management and technical support.
• Recruit, train, develop and supervise technical support engineers.
• Design and implement processes and systems related to technical support.
Cerinte:
Qualifications:
• Very good IT background with a coherent understanding of software security;
• Understands different operating systems, with a focus on Windows desktop and server systems;
• Customer oriented – dedicated to providing the technical help and information needed, and committed to deliver them;
• Capable of self-organization and team management;
• Good interpersonal communication skills and ease in relating to people from varying educational, cultural, and social backgrounds;
• Diplomatic, tactful, creative, discreet, flexible, resourceful, dependable, well-organized, friendly, emotionally mature and professional;
• Able to work effectively with multiple supervisors, balance and prioritize multiple requests;
• Capable and practiced in handling complex and/or multi-faceted tasks;
• Proficiency in English – both written and spoken.
Education and experience requirements:
• Education: Bachelor degree, preferably in IT&C related field;
• Experience: Minimum 1 year on IT support/development/consulting or similar position.
