Titlu Job: Quality Manager
In this challenging role you will lead all quality management activities in order to meet the short and long term business objectives for Cummins Generator Technologies in Romania. You will report directly to the Plant Manager based in Craiova.
Responsibilities:
· Define and implement quality system activities in line with the standards of quality, costs, safety and environment
· Continuously improve of Quality System beyond the standard ISO 9001
· Coordinate quality inspection planning, quality safety and environment internal audits programmes
· Participate in and support the Plant Operation Team
· Manage annual quality department budget
· Leadership of quality department personal
· Review and improvement of working processes in existing Quality System
· Promote quality system procedures in everything we do
· Lead resolution of customer quality issues
Requirements:
Technical Degree and/or experience in Quality Management
· Proven track record in quality management within a manufacturing environment
· Experience in people management
· Leadership and coordination skills
· Ability to lead through change
· Good verbal and written skills in Romanian and English
· Ability to deliver training
· Effectively working with people at different levels
