Titlu Job: IT System Analyst

Role: • Workstation installation and configuration according to the standards. • Application installation and update on end-user computers. • System, application and hardware issue analyses and troubleshooting. • End-user support (local, via phone and remote) including back office applications: Microsoft Outlook, Lotus Notes, communication systems, Microsoft Office, internet browsers and the other internal applications. • Support for office equipment e.g. printers, copiers, fax in scope: consumables replacement and device troubleshooting. • Preparing LAN and other network/telecom devices connections. • IT assets (hardware and software) inventory in the office. • IT documentation creation and updating. • Vendors coordination (support requesting, service delivery) • Issue identification, solution investigation, and prevention preparation. • Conduct IT training with the standards. • IT Communication, presentation. • Systems’ migrations coordination. • Subject support for IT HelpDesk Leader and selected IT area coordination. • Work with European IT Teams in project implementation at local or regional level. • Diagnose and advanced troubleshooting of network related client-server issues in LAN/WAN infrastructure and resolution. • Infrastructure devices installation and initialization support. • Application server (client-server) support. • Microsoft Windows SQL Services support and troubleshooting. • Report to Audit requests with statistics and documentation on performed activities. • Propose new systems to be implemented to local Management for streamlining of local users’ activity. • Ordering of IT equipment according to retention schedule. • Regular finance reporting and yearly purchase recommendation based on local development strategy: Inventory, Annual Spending Plan, Budgeting. • IT documentation creation and update in English. • Cooperation with IT Global Support Team in English. Requirements • Minimum IT high-school education • Good knowledge of IT hardware • Very good practical knowledge of Microsoft Windows networking, troubleshooting • Very good practical knowledge of Windows 7, 8 & 10, Windows server 2003, 2008 & 2012, • Very good practical knowledge of Microsoft Office. • Very good practical knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Lotus Notes, experience in installation and troubleshooting an emailing client. • Very good practical knowledge of OS for mobile phones (Android, iOS), Win Mobile • Basic VOIP knowledge • Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN and network devices. • General infrastructure knowledge. • Technical and manual skills in the scope: IT infrastructure preparation, cable crossing, server mounting in RACK system • English skills in speech – commutation level • Team collaboration skills • Clear communication skills • Knowledge and experience sharing • Good self-organization • Stress environment • Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge • IT Project task coordination. IT Project methodology knowledge/certification are welcome. • MCP level skills in Microsoft Windows Active Directory and Networking • Microsoft Certified Professional Active Directory and Network Infrastructure certification is welcome. • Understanding LAN/WAN area (standard, protocols, topology) and a practical use in client-server communication troubleshooting. • Decision making and prioritization in the limited time. • All organization levels’ end-user communication skills. • Root cause analyses and workaround/solution proposal. • IT Documentation in English creation.
