Titlu Job: PROJECT MANAGER - ERP APPLICATIONS
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of IT working experience;
- Good knowledge of Service Management processes (ITIL certifications as valuable add-on);
- Experience in application support and used to work with SLA\'s;
- Technical skills: database systems (Oracle/MS SQL Server) and operating systems (basic administration of Windows/Linux/UNIX);
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and/or testing process;
- Good knowledge of English language - German language - would be a plus;
- Strong solution and Service orientation as well as documentation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Project Management of System Development;
- Preparation and support of User Acceptance Test;
- Preparation and support of Application Piloting;
- Offers support and tools for application deployment;
- Application Support - 1st/2nd/3rd Level, User Right Management;
- Responsible for SLA/OLA Management and reporting and license management.
