Titlu Job: Customer Quality Engineer
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage customer complains (drive root cause analysis, 8D report).
• Drive continuous improvement process.
• Drive root cause investigations for internal plant issues.
• Main driver for non-conform products management coming out from his projects responsibility.
• Responsible to check process changes implementation.
• Asses process preventive corrective actions robustness.
• Perform system, process, product audits as per ISO TS 16949.
• Elaborate related work instructions, visual aids, Process Control plan.
• Ensures compliance to customer quality requirements.
• Participates at APQP documents draw-up. Plans and coordinates the PPAP (Production Part Approval
• Process) documentation draw up and provides them to customers in order to obtain PSW (Part Submission Warrant).
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
• Technical University Degree (graduate diploma)
• Strong team player.
• Excellent communications skills.
• Analytical mindset.
• Demonstrable skills in leading quality improvement.
• English language - good to advanced level.
• Previous work experience in automotive industry – is a plus.
• Previous work experience in assembly – is a plus.
• Previous work experience in quality aria – is a plus.
• Open mind and open for continuous learning in order to improve self and organization performance.
• Strong project-management skills, sense of ownership, urgency and drive.
