Titlu Job: Web Analytics and Optimization Specialist
We're a dedicated team of marketing people who are on their way to international fame & glory with our product (Marketizator.com) and we're looking for an analytical-minded marketer to join us on our epic journey.
Ideally you are a data junkie who can summon insightful and actionable Google Analytics reports at will. Furthermore, based on those reports you are able to create relevant testing experiments (A/B & MVT tests, surveys etc), track results and implement winning solutions. You are results oriented and KPI tracking comes in as a second nature in everything you do.
You are an analytics guru with solid CRO experience that is well accustomed to statistics and at least friendly with HTML & CSS.
But besides anything else we need you to be motivated, have a desire to learn more, know what you aim for and enjoy what you do. For us getting like-minded people on-board is vital, because we price people above anything else in our company.
Main responsibilities:
- become the main source of Analytics insights for the marketing team
- come up with testing ideas
- implement testing ideas using Marketizator and other tools
- create and track customer journey funnels
- based on them come up with solutions to improve bottlenecks
- help the marketing team create and implement needed resources (tutorials, help articles, walk throughs etc.)
- keep track of main KPIs related to your activities
