Candidatul ideal WORK EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION • Online gaming experience and a passion for playing games • Experience in performing quantitative analysis, particularly with large or complicated data sets • Ability to use data to inform and influence decision making • 2+ years of past interactive entertainment industry experience in similar role • 2+ years developing reports and dashboards • 2+ years experience with various reporting tools (Cognos, Pentaho, SiSense, Splunk, Tableau, Business Objects, Domo) • Good project management skills with a strong grasp of both technical and business perspectives • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS •Exceptional Excel and PowerPoint skills •Advanced knowledge of SQL query language; SSIS and SSRS experience is a plus (SQL Server Integration Services, SQL Server Reporting Services) •Intermediate level database experience (Oracle, Vertica, Hadoop) •Experience with scripting and programming languages a plus (Java, C#, etc.) •Ability to tell a story through data •Ability to express ideas/insights/recommendations clearly in writing •Exceptional time management skills with the ability to work effectively in both team and independent environments Descrierea jobului JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES • Understand the needs of the product stakeholders from production to design to marketing at an analytical, data driven level; Demonstrate ways to apply analytic vigor to business problems and questions • Investigate player segments, behaviors, and spending habits by player segmentation, from early funnel behavior all the way to LTV patterns • Evaluate the impact/success of game events, content updates and marketing campaigns. Establish benchmarks and provide projections during the planning phase; Provide feedback on segmentation and tracking; Assess performance against goals; Document learnings and make recommendations for improvement • Communicate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and work with development teams to improve and implement new tracking to continually improve our Business Intelligence capabilities • Establish data experiments through best practices; taking theories, developing hypothesizes, conducting A/B tests, evaluating impact and making recommendations • Provide reporting and performance monitoring by using data drawn from diverse sources Descrierea companiei Gaming Studio
