Titlu Job: SAP SD Applications Support (GERMAN)

Needs: - Language – German and English Speaking - Experience: 4 to 8 Years - Good Experience in End user support and queries related to transactions - Good in configure the business requirements related to SD Module in SAP - Load master data by taking required approval - Understand user’s requirements and give inputs to ABAP team to develop reports and print layouts - Support other modules like PP, MM/CRM as per the requirement /run book - Do primary testing, related to configuration and reports in development clients - Analyze support issues logged with Service Desk - Provide response and resolution as per the SLA - Update the status of closure of the ticket. Experiences: - Strong SAP Sales application experience - Strong CRM application experience - Advanced communication skills, both written and face-to-face (German & English) - Expert knowledge and experience with solving complex problems through solid analytical problem solving skills - Sense of urgency and accountability - Business Process understanding in FI, PP, MM and BI - Strong Awareness of ITIL best practice - Good team participation/Team builder - Conflict resolution and Self-motivator - Advanced personal management: punctuality, attendance, and presentation.
