Titlu Job: Graphic designer

We are looking for a highly motivated, adaptable and creative Graphic Designer that will passionately contribute within our team. Responsibilities: Integrated within our Sales & Marketing team, you will be fulfilling the following missions: * Develop concepts, graphics and layouts for the XWiki website(s), products and applications * Produce great-looking brochures, images, content, print, marketing and promotional materials * Create design through CSS, (re)organize CSS, markup and improve information architecture of pages * Incorporate recommended changes into the final design * Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them * Propose efficient and good-looking interface designs for customer projects * Makes estimations and takes responsibility on their accuracy * Respect deadlines and deliver good quality projects * Bring your contribution to the team through new ideas and concepts Required skills: * Passion and enthusiasm for design * Creative flair, a “can do“ attitude and a flexible approach * Strong knowledge of standard image editing tools (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, GIMP, Inkscape etc.) * Familiarity with usability principles and W3C standards * Good knowledge of CSS and HTML * Experience with Javascript is a plus * Bootstrap knowledge is a plus * Experience in logos & icons design and with designing for print is also a plus * Attention to detail, self-motivation and eagerness to learn * Very good communication skills, ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team * Openness to feedback and willing to make changes to your designs * Very good spoken and written English skills.
