We similarly help to strengthen market position through online education portals, marketing tools, highly advanced CRM products and procedures for the electronic transfer of data.

What we expect
IT / Project Management / Customer Services experience
Good skills in SQL and relational databases
Very good knowledge of MS-Office programs (Focus on MS Excel and MS Access)
Fluent German (spoken and written)
Independent and structured method of working
Further beneficial
Fluent English, in word and in writing
PHP skills
Your assignments
Managing Clients throughout their lifecycle with a focus on regular system customizations (in database and backend)
Prioritization and processing of client requests
Responsible for Technical Support and System Healthchecks
Applicant Support
User Helpdesk and User Training
