Job Description: We are seeking for 2 new and highly motivated Account Managers / Media Traders to join our expanding Bucharest office. The ideal candidate is a fresh college graduate, fluent in English, Excel, and computer/internet literate. The candidate must be detail oriented, multi-tasking, pro-active and become self-reliant while constantly pushing oneself to tackle new challenges. The AM will provide day to day management of campaigns, including client communication, reporting, and optimization. The AM is ultimately responsible for the success of VideoJam’s partnerships. Responsibilities:
  • Establish relationship with new clients and maintain nurturing business partnerships with existing ones.
  • Provide on-time, error free implementation of new client campaigns with ongoing tactical and relationship support.
  • Analyze campaigns performance and offer optimization suggestions aimed to maximize their ROI.
  • Seek new/unexplored opportunities with existing partners.
  • Collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders from sales, marketing to executive staff members.
  • Trade, trade, trade!

  • College graduate or soon to be (full-time position).
  • A curious mind and a pro-active, self-motivated attitude is a must.
  • Microsoft Excel experience (a plus).
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Well organized and attention to details with multiple tasks.
  • Basic understanding of trading.
