What we're looking for:
* A smart, open minded, experienced marketer engineer to join our tight-knit team
* We're looking for a tech guy ready to edit HTML, JavaScript and CSS, reverse engineer a metric or write a tech related article when needed
* We're looking for a numbers guy, passionate about tracking visitors, conversion rates, LCV, retention, churn and many other metrics
* Experience in growing a similar businesses or websites is needed
* Experience with SEO, landing pages and content writing in English is needed
* Very good knowledge of English language is require
* Knowledge or experience with other marketing channels will be very well regarded (SEM, engineering as marketing, referrals, social ads, business development, sales, email marketing, etc.)
Responsibilities:
* You will be managing user acquisition for a SAAS product that's reached product market fit
* You will be responsible for meeting the business' traffic and conversion rate targets
* Decide on and execute on the most promising marketing channels and inside those channels on the most promising projects
* Project example 1: research keywords, choose most promising one, draft & publish landing page or blog post, promote the content and monitor it's performance
* Project example 2: monitor competitor's links and follow through with obtaining similar links or better
* Project example 3: track 1st places in SERP and reverse engineer their success
* Keep track of most important metrics and deliver monthly reports
* Early focus will be on user acquisition. As we reach traffic levels that can produce statistically significant tests conversion rate optimisation will be included more and more into our projects
