Titlu Job: IT Solution Architect / Software Analyst

Successful candidate will join our Business Automation Team and will take active part in developing & implementing innovative and revolutionary software driven automation concepts. Responsibilities and general Duties  Computer Science Degree or similar education  Lead and manage our software application team.  Automate processes by using preferred Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies ( i.e “UiPath”, Automation Anywhere, others);  Work closely with Stakeholder to analyze and develop suitable enhancements based on requirements.  >5 years experience in the area of Solution Architecture  Propose, develop, test and implement innovative solutions;  Coordinate with global and local support team;  Communicate with international customers  Ensure that personal and team goals are met according to agreed schedule;  Should comply with quality, security and company guidelines.  Fluent in English  German Language is preferred  Experience in a multinational environment  Proven experience of strategic design, architecture and delivery of enterprise integration  Technical certifications  Sound communication, interpersonal and team working skills  Sound time management skills and ability to take on multiple assignments  Enthusiasm, self-confidence, innovative problem-solving skills  Excellent communication skills and customer-centric engagement  Project Management Skills  Experience in .Net, DB and Power Shell will be an asset;  Excellent, proactive problem solver;  Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex requirements and define technical/functional advanced solutions;  Travelling and staying also in Germany for a project period.
