Technical Consultant (willing to relocate in Prague)
A Technical Consultant focuses on the technical deployment of cloud-based solutions that meet clients’ business needs, primarily the administration of the Service Now tool. A Technical Consultant is responsible for requirement scoping, configuration of the tool, application of programming techniques to develop robust solutions and attaining technical milestones throughout the engagements.
Responsibilities:
• Fulfill technical development and configurations according to client requirements;
• Educate and negotiate the right technical solutions for your clients;
• Advise on options, risk and impacts on business processes and technical architecture;
• Deliver a positive and value-add experience for your clients in every interaction;
• Communicating technical problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Skills Required:
• 3-5 years of technical consulting / developing experience;
• Service Management experience is a must have;
• Platform Configuration experience with a portfolio of multiple platform success;
• Hands-on work experience in ServiceNow is big advantage;
• ServiceNow administration experience is a plus;
• Proficiency in development languages, specifically JavaScript, Ajax, HTML/CSS, .NET, XML, MySQL, HTML, CSS;
• Solid knowledge of Web services, WSDL and REST;
• Advanced knowledge in Service Catalog, UI Macros/UI Pages;
• Expertise in third-party application integration;
• Ability to identify system deficiencies and recommend solutions;
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other relevant field;
• Fluent English is a must, other language is an advantage.
