Titlu Job: Technical Architect JAVA
Technical Architect with a proven track record on architecting large enterprise applications in Java (PHP a plus).
Role:
* Supervises technical project development activities going on in the Bucharest Development Center in coordination with remote Technical Architect responsible for the overall project
* Coaches Bucharest resources with regard to development best practices, usage of frameworks, etc. Pro-actively ensures that no resources is blocked in his/her work because of technical questions or uncertainties
* Provides architecture guidelines whenever requested by the remote Technical Architect
* Supervises the respect of coding guidelines, code quality, naming conventions, writing of technical documentation, respect of build guidelines, etc
* Thought leadership: provide technical leadership and vision
* Contributes to open source communities as relevant
* Write papers and speaks at conferences
* Animate the Bucharest technical communities and fosters knowledge sharing with the entire rest of the organisation
* Participates to project implementation phases hands-on as time and circumstances allow
Required Skills:
* 5+ years experience in web programming (Java Enterprise a must, PHP a plus)
* EJB3/JSF/SpringMVC/Hibernate
* Struts
* JBoss Seam
* Web Services (SOAP / XML-RPC)
* JavaScript / AJAX
* Apache/Tomcat
* Open source projects knowledge
* Alfresco is a plus
* JasperReports is a plus
* Maven2 and Ant
* familiar with build processes a plus

* Drive excellence in service delivery, methodology, and operations (Track record of managing successful projects)
* Interact with and gain the trust of the highest level of technical and business unit level resources at client sites (Wins clients confidence)
* Good organization skills and attention to details

* Full Fluency in English (French or German a plus)
