Titlu Job: Test and Systems Support Analyst

Reashore is recruiting for an Award-winning Travel Company. We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to provide support with trouble-shooting technical bugs, systems testing and development within our client’s back-office system (iVector) as well as their business-to-business web portals. You will be a logical thinker who can interpret system issues and give feedback on those issues to our client’s external IT company via telephone and their issue tracking system and in doing so you will be a key asset in the successful resolution of bugs and in the enhancement and development of their systems. You will also be able to communicate technical issues in a kind and sympathetic way to less technically-minded colleagues. Thankfully, you do not need to be a coder as the more “hands-on” technical in-house code fixes are managed by an external team. What you'll be doing: 1st line support working with employees and third parties to resolve technical issues. Recommending optimum solutions to fix technical issues. Daily booking of failure checks and remedial action taken. Analysis, replication and ownership of issues through to testing if a fix was required. Providing 1st line support for new XML customer integrations, testing and certification. Providing 1st line support for new XML supplier connections and testing the new integrations prior to releasing live credentials. Updating testing and integration documentation. Logging and keeping records of third party/ employee queries. About you and your skills: Excellent spoken and written English. Excellent attitude and work ethic. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Flexibility and adaptability (the role can require reacting to situations as they arise). Desirable skills: Support helpdesk experience – Jira and Jira Service Desk ideal. Experience with, or some understanding of, XML. Previous testing experience.
