Titlu Job: Business Development Manager

Your responsibilities: - Qualify leads from various sales and marketing channel as opportunities - Contact potential clients through cold calls, emails, marketing activities and networks. - Set up meetings or calls with prospective clients and present our company to potential clients - Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services - Work with internal team to fulfill customer needs - Build long-term trusting relationships with clients - Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market - Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans Skill Requirements: - Proven work experience in Technical Sales, Account Management, Business Development or similar profile - Proven experience in building sales channels, lead management, and other sales techniques - Conversational fluency with current trends in web, cloud, and mobile space - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to deliver engaging presentations - Proven track record of achieving sales quotas - Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts) - Understanding of sales performance metrics Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with CRM software (e.g. Dynamics CRM) - Software project management experiences - BS degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field Required experience: Business Development: 3 years Job Type: Salary + Commission Required Education: Bachelor's Job Type: Contract
