Titlu Job: Lead Project Management Officer
Responsibilities:
Manages a team PMO specialist and is accountable to the Portfolio Manager for performance and continuous improvement
Accountable for the design, production and maintenance of the portfolio performance metrics to drive high performance across the whole delivery function.
Owns the portfolio RAIDD log and manages the actions and works with stakeholders across the business that delivery impacts are mitigated.
Preparation of reports suitable for stakeholders up to ExCo level to share the performance of the portfolio as a whole.
Development and management of tools and processes (including Governance) to manage performance.
Requirements:
MS Office Practitioner – particularly Excel to expert level.
Strong organisational and co-ordination skills
Project Management experience
Strong understanding of how to structure assurance and performance tools and techniques in a practical way to support programme delivery
Languages: Fluent English
