Titlu Job: System Administrator
Imprezzio Global is seeking for a full-time System Administrator for a long-term collaboration.
You will be responsible of effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure. This individual participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure.
Your RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:
• Assist users in system operation and correcting malfunctions or breakdowns promptly
• Install, configure and support the organization's local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN) and Internet system or a segment of a network system
• Monitor the network to ensure availability to all system users and performing necessary maintenance to support network availability
• Contribute to and maintain system standards
• Repair and recover from hardware or software failures. Coordinating and communicating with impacted constituencies
• Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required. Configure CPU, memory and disk partitions as required
• Maintain operational, configuration or other procedures
• Other duties as assigned to meet business needs
To join us, you must meet the following REQUIREMENTS:
• SQL Server database experience – querying, writing sprocs, researching
• Intimate knowledge of Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, MacOSX
• Windows Server 2003 & 2008, Windows Active Directory, Windows Clustering and Load Balancing
• MS SQL Server 2005 or 2008 (management only, not development)
• Any virtualization hypervisor (VMWare, Xen, or Hyper-V)
• IIS 6 and 7 (with SSL)
• Linux servers (Ubuntu server preferred)
• Apache with PHP (with SSL)
• DNS servers (BIND or Windows DNS)
• IPv4 routing (BGP4 and OSPF preferred)
• Policy-based firewall management (Netscreen or Fortigate preferred)
• IPSec VPN configuration and management
• Any form of scripting language (Python, Perl, PowerShell, WSH, etc.)
• Computer/network security audits, Windows updates and patches
• Excellent English skills
