Up-to-date technical knowledge;

Ability to assess each customer IT knowledge levels;

An in depth understanding of the software and equipment your customers are using;

Ability to deal with multitasking activity (both calls and live chats);

Good analytical and problem solving skills;

Logical thinking;

Good accurate records keeping.

Key Responsabilities include:

Working with customers to identify computer problems and advising on the solution;

Logging and keeping records of customer queries;

Analysing call logs so you can spot common trends and underlying problems;

Updating self-help documents so customers can try to fix problems themselves.
