Team & Role: Business Analyst with French Location: Bucharest Level: Medium/Senior Skills / Responsibilities: • Bring functional support for the team in Bucharest and also supervise the updates of the technical documentation based on the feed-back received from users • In charge of the budget’s management by respecting the company's revised budget as common objective • In charge of keeping the SLAs and KPIs for applications the team is responsible for • Produce at the end of each sprint: the burn down chart of the release; the indicators of covering the code with tests (quality checks), quality indicators of the code (Sonar metrics) • Communicate and cooperate with the business and project-leads in order to provide timely and high quality deliverables • Travel to Paris to better understand the users’ feed-back / stories (in French) and share the understanding/the info with the development team from Bucharest Requirements: • Experience as a business analyst in Java environment • Good analytical skills in analyzing a given problem and document options with a recommendation • Experience on discussing and working on requirements with business departments • Extremely coordinated and organized • Very good command of French, both written and spoken with the ability to participate in French-only meetings — fluent in English • Regular/ periodical trips to Paris Education: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent Languages: Good command of English and French Benefits • Interesting salary conditions • Undetermined period of contract • Career plan (professional, academic and financial) • Medical insurance • Official trainings and certifications • English, French, soft skills trainings • Lunch tickets • Yearly professional evaluation • Financial benefits based in the company partnerships • Professional and friendly working environment • Professional infrastructure • Join a multinational team Company description Vauban is a great independent Romanian Group with more than 10 years of sustainable and healthy growth.
