Team & Role: IT Project Manager- French Skills Location: Bucharest Level: Middle (2-5 ani), Senior (5-10 ani), Executive (>10 ani) Skills / Responsibilities: • Plan, define and manage parallel project deployments in a cross-functional environment • Evaluate, along with project team, the complexity, timeline and resources needed for all assigned projects • Deployment project of IT tools from HR perimeter (HR, Real estates and Acquisitions systems), working with teams from group • Manage and coordinate all project phases and variables: requirements evaluation, requests for proposal, solution design, costs, implementation duration, testing, acceptance and final review • Build, maintain and implement the project plans • Negotiate with all internal stakeholders (IT and business) all aspects required to have a successful delivery • Negotiate with vendors the service agreements, KPIs, quality indicators and implementation duration • Report project status to relevant stakeholders and management • Identify and manage all risks, changes (scope, timeline, etc) and assumptions that occur during project lifecycle Requirements: • 3 years of experience in PM positions • Experience i IT projects deployments • English and French advanced • Responsible attitude, strong autonomy and ambition in achieving your mission • Strong analytical & designing skills with an eye for details • Strong process & change management capabilities Benefits: • Interesting salary conditions • Undetermined period of contract • Career plan (professional, academic and financial) • Medical insurance • Official training and certifications • English, French, soft skills training • Lunch tickets • Yearly professional evaluation • Financial benefits based in the company partnerships • Professional and friendly working environment Company description: Vauban is a great independent Romanian Group with more than 10 years of sustainable and healthy growth.
