Titlu Job: Marketing Specialist
Syncro Soft is seeking to appoint a Marketing Specialist.
Job Description:
Write marketing literature (brochures, press releases etc) to augment the company’s presence in the market
Setting and implementing social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies
Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts
Assisting with the production of marketing materials and literature
Prepare and deliver promotional presentations in front of different types of audiences
Assist in the organizing of marketing events and traditional or digital campaigns
Arranging logistics and providing support for sponsorships, speaking opportunities, booth exhibits and travel
Lead follow up from events
Planning user group meeting
Building long-term relationships with key customers and partners
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. sales, engineers, senior management) to address customers or partners' needs
Schedule regular meetings with customers and partners to ensure they are satisfied
Monitor SEO/SEM, marketing and sales performance metrics to forecast trends
Analyze web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence
Demonstrate proficiency in basic aspects of Google AdWords/Analytics
Provide competitive analysis on various companies’ market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation
Research products, services and current strategies to identify new opportunities
Requirements:
You have a Bachelor of Science (Computer Science, Business, Economics)
English fluent (both written and verbal)
Experience in the IT/Software industry and/or an indirect business is a plus
Minimum of two years professional experience in a marketing position or sound understanding of marketing principles
Strong copy-writing skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas
You are a team-player and have good communicative skills
You are passionate about technologies, software and process automation solutions
Strong administration and effective organisational skills
