Titlu Job: WEB DESIGNER

The successful Web Designer will have a solid combination of experience and education that enables him/her to create and design a unique, visually aesthetic, and functional website and promotional tools. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, reliable, detailed, and driven to produce high quality work. This individual must thrive in a fast paced working environment. 


Responsibilities:

  • Passionate about web design (responsive), user experience and web code. 
  • Bring new and innovative ideas to improve the web presence.
  • Participate in concept development, design ideation, and detailed specification of visual designs for user interfaces of the future and existing innovations, prototypes and mock-ups.
  • Produce design wireframes, user flows and scenarios and design prototypes. 
  • Create visual designs and user interface design that address business, brand, market, and marketing requirements, including design and production of screen layouts.
  • Strong commitment to customer service and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities, timely and efficiently, in a fast paced environment.
  • Successfully communicate conceptual ideas, design rationale and the specifics of user centred design process.
  • Design clean,intuitive and beautiful user interfaces across multiple devices and platforms.
  • Brainstorm and mock up design ideas for websites.
  • Maintenance and update of existing sites.
  • Build emails that render properly across major email clients and browsers (responsive email-build knowledge would be a plus).


Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Information Design, Digital Media Design or similar.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar roleMust be fluent in Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, or similar graphics/user interface design team software.
  • Must have solid grasp of graphic and web design principles and good understanding of current web technologies HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript.
  • Must have experience with responsive design and Bootstrap Framerwork
  • Proficient with web standards and best practices. Understanding the browser nuances is a key.
  • Good listener, ability to listen keenly and adapt ideas, coming up with multiple concepts and clearly articulating the trade-offs of each concept and getting buy-in from all stakeholders.
  • Excellent delivery and execution skills.Passionate and self-driven attitude.
  • Must be able to prioritize and manage work to adhere to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Rock solid skills in graphic design, with an eye for typography, palette development, intuitive layout, and a pixel-level attention to detail. 
  • You must have a deep appreciation for clean, simple, usable interfaces.
  • Candidates must have an online portfolio with multiple examples of interactive design.
