Titlu Job: Affiliate Manager - German or Swedish Speaking

Our client is an international and fast-growing online casino who is looking for talented iGaming professionals to join their team in Malta.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive targeted traffic to casino, bingo and other clients websites through the affiliate marketing channel
  • Actively hunt & recruit new affiliates to the programme
  • Manage, retain and maximise the acquisition potential of existing affiliates
  • Increase existing portfolio with new performing campaigns on a monthly basis in accordance with target, budget and profit margin set
  • Manage campaign performance against deliverable to ensure that optimal results are achieved on each campaign in line with strategic objectives
  • Plan, execute, optimise and report on media campaigns and affiliate performance
  • Formulate basic marketing content, reviews and concept for campaigns and affiliates
  • Use existing marketing tool available to drive acquisition
  • Create and implement online advertising campaigns
  • Complete weekly and monthly reporting
  • Provide a high standard and efficient service to our clients
  • Provide regular competitor and market analysis
  • Travel to meet affiliates and attend conferences relating to affiliate or online gambling industry
  • Work according to strategy set up and budget defined in order to achieve set targets.
  • Analyse profitability of campaign 


Education & Experience:

  • University degree - sales or marketing related
  • Experience of recruiting and managing affiliates in an affiliate programme ideally in the gaming industry
  • Sales/Negotiation experience of minimum 2 years
  • English speaking, excellent written and reading skills
  • Additional languages advantageous (fluent, writing and reading)Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Basic HTML knowledge is preferred
  • Industry knowledge is advantageous
