Titlu Job: Affiliate Manager - German or Swedish Speaking
Our client is an international and fast-growing online casino who is looking for talented iGaming professionals to join their team in Malta.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive targeted traffic to casino, bingo and other clients websites through the affiliate marketing channel
- Actively hunt & recruit new affiliates to the programme
- Manage, retain and maximise the acquisition potential of existing affiliates
- Increase existing portfolio with new performing campaigns on a monthly basis in accordance with target, budget and profit margin set
- Manage campaign performance against deliverable to ensure that optimal results are achieved on each campaign in line with strategic objectives
- Plan, execute, optimise and report on media campaigns and affiliate performance
- Formulate basic marketing content, reviews and concept for campaigns and affiliates
- Use existing marketing tool available to drive acquisition
- Create and implement online advertising campaigns
- Complete weekly and monthly reporting
- Provide a high standard and efficient service to our clients
- Provide regular competitor and market analysis
- Travel to meet affiliates and attend conferences relating to affiliate or online gambling industry
- Work according to strategy set up and budget defined in order to achieve set targets.
- Analyse profitability of campaign
Education & Experience:
- University degree - sales or marketing related
- Experience of recruiting and managing affiliates in an affiliate programme ideally in the gaming industry
- Sales/Negotiation experience of minimum 2 years
- English speaking, excellent written and reading skills
- Additional languages advantageous (fluent, writing and reading)Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Basic HTML knowledge is preferred
- Industry knowledge is advantageous
