Titlu Job: UX UI Designer
Key Responsibilities:
- Helping guide the visual development and user experience for all products and channels
- Working with the Marketing, Graphic Design and IT-team plus key stakeholders to create world-class designs and user experiences websites, tablets, mobiles and native apps
- Contributing and collaborating in making key product decision
- Be the subject matter expert on crafting the appropriate UX/UI solution and defining the vision of the end-to-end user experience (wire-framing, prototyping and A & B testing is as natural for you as breathing)
- Participating in customer research, interviews and on-site visits in order to fully grasp the needs of our users first-hand
- Apply experience in user-centered philosophies and interaction design best practices
- Challenging the industry norm to continuously make our products cutting edge without alienating current clients - they need to be surprised and not confused, amused and not irritated
- Induce creativity in our work with the sites and customer communication; whether it’s a new product or a campaign site
- Be an end-user advocate; driving user needs and goals into both creative and pragmatic design solutions
- Be the brand and product advocate and champion
Knowledge/skills/experience:
- Some professional studio/web design experience
- Excellent knowledge in visio, balsamiq or other wireframing tools
- Understanding of web and graphic design principles
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with working in larger web design projects with several strong stakeholders
- Strong marketing and/or advertising background.
- Great business and marketing understanding.
- Eye for detail, performance & optimization
