Team & Role: IT Project Manager/ Service Delivery Manager (French Speaker)

Location: Bucharest

Level: 1 – 5 years’ experience 

Responsibilities: 

·  Very good understanding of ITIL framework and IT Service Management requirements and best business practices;

·  Good technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience on current infrastructure technologies and IT knowledge management;

·  Solid organizational and time management skills with proven experience in working in parallel on several projects;

·  Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills with ability to adapt written and verbal communication to different roles and managerial layers;

·  Very good presentations skills;

·  Processes and procedures streams;

·  Ensure migration of foreign entities;

·  Support for various applications. 

Requirements: 

·  Background in IT Services Delivery Center or in Production IT Department for several years;

·  Exposure to methodology;

·  Usage of ITIL principles;

·  Experience with distinct Applications (Monitoring, Ticketing, Reporting, Controlling). 

Required Skills:

·  Master’s degree, with full technical profile (technician, engineer, mathematics);

·  Experience level: 1 to 5 years: could be 1 but PMI and ITIL v3 foundation certifications are mandatory;

·  At least one years’ experience in Project Management in International environment;

·  Background in multi-platform application landscapes with high scaling requirements;

·  Experience in working in several projects as a project manager for more than 1 years;

·  Good knowledge of the project management international standards (PMBook or IPMA);

·  Strong and open in communication and familiar with steering people.

Technical background: 

·  infrastructures: Windows environment: workstations, accounts;

·  Network: WAN, LAN, vLAN, NAT, routers, switches, firewall, load balancing;

·  VOIP, IVR and Visio conference topics;·  Storage systems;

·  Backup and archiving systems.

Education: University IT Engineer.

Languages: French advanced, English advanced.
