Team & Role: IT Support Engineer Level 2 (French Advanced)
Location: Bucharest
Level: 1 – 5 years’ experience
Responsibilities:
Local support for users;
Identify incidents and requests for user services, make a first diagnosis;
Interface with IT service providers for the resolution of incidents, problems and service requests;
Monitoring of remote teams and raises tickets;
Make time resolution on statistics and monitoring SLAs;
Identify all clearances by the application process;
Resumption of new processes, formalize, document and validate with stakeholders;
Apply the processes in the projects or in the context of new arrivals;
Ensure that a new person has their work environment (PC, phone, in windows, Coordinate the various stakeholders (external) to obtain the necessary resources to achieve the process;
Coordinate with officials to know in advance the profiles of new hires;
Ensure the deletion of accounts and IT resources, data archiving when starting an employee;
Administration of AD user accounts 2008: local admin OR;
Outlook client configuration;
Publishing applications according profile;
Firewall filtering rules, opening roads network IP telephony.
Requirements:
High level of knowledge with OS: Windows 7, Windows server 2008;
MS Office 2003, 2007 and 2010: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook;
Network: WAN, LAN, vLAN, NAT, routers, switches, firewalls, load balancing;
Experience with Windows Servers: Active Directory, Exchange;
Virtualization: Citrix, VDI, Virtual Desktop;
Working with security groups, access to the NAS resources, AD security groups, LDAP.
Functional skills:
Understanding of computer systems;
Operating understanding of multiple applications;
High level of knowledge with Computer Security Basics: RSSI, filtering, auditing regulator;
Desktop and application management rights profile management;
Understanding and formalization of processes;
Coordination remote resources to implement the process;
Standardize and enforce IT standards;
Understanding the multi-SI heterogeneous systems and multi-OS;
Experience working with ITIL concepts: incident management, problem management, service management.
Personal skills: Communicative and dynamic person;
Hard working and dedicate.
Education: University IT Engineer, Polytechnics, Cybernetics.
Languages: Fluent French and English.
