Team & Role: Training Manager

Location:  Bucharest

Level: 1 - 5 years’ experience 

Responsibilities: 

·  Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables;

·  Develop full scale project plans;

·  Assemble and coordinate project staff;

·  Manage project budget;

·  Provide direction and support to project team;

·  Quality assurance;

·  Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders;

·  Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions;

·  Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs; 

·  Project evaluations and assessment of results. 

Requirements: 

·  Minimum 10 years of working experience;

·  Qualification in project management or equivalent;

·  Knowledge of project management techniques and tools;

·  Proven experience in people management;

·  Proven experience in strategic planning;

·  Proven experience in change management. 

Soft Skills: 

·  Good written and oral communications skills with attention to detail;

·  Proven analytical, problem solving and reporting skills;

·  Can effectively manage multiple teams, tasks with tight deadlines; 

Education: University degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science;

Foreign languages: Good English knowledgeKnowledge in Training Development (A Plus)
