Team & Role: Business Process Analyst
Location: Bucharest
Level: 1 - 5 years’ experience
Responsibilities:
Analyze the business requirements and translates them into technical requirements for new RPAs or updates the existing RPAs
Involved in analyses of current business processes, optimization of existing processes and identification of automated ones with RPA technologies
Verifies the accuracy of extracted data in accordance with existing business specifications
Creates and updates user documentation and standard operating procedures for newly created RPAs
Active participation in all phases of the project and reports the progress on feasibility, quality assurance, implementation and maintenance
Expert in data and process analysis
Interface between Business and IT department
Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, Statistics or related business discipline(s) is preferred
Minimum 3 years professional experience in process analysis with digital solutions applied in process automation Lean Six Sigma - black belt for minimum 3 years of application
Advanced English skills, French represents an advantage
Good communication skills
