Responsibilities
- Champion the use and application of data and analytics across the company
- Partner with different departments (Sales, Success, Marketing, Operations, Product, etc.) to produce insights as an internal data consultant
- Identify strategic opportunities, areas of improvement, and best practices across the organization and industry
- Leverage existing tools and collaborate with engineering to collect and process data that enable new insights
- Assist product team with roadmap prioritization and usage analytics
- Assist with international expansion strategy by delivering research for new markets
- Present analysis results in a clear and concise manner to business and product stakeholders; prepare and deliver data driven presentations
Requirements
- At least 1 year experience working with complex multi-platform products
- You love crunching numbers and looking for key trends to drive business value
- Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office, databases, web-based applications
- Attention to details and analytical thinking
- Have initiative and desire to expand your knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to have
- Understanding of web / application servers, HTML5, JavaScript, SQL
- Knowledge or experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Qlikview)
