Titlu Job: QA Testing Lead

We are looking for a QA LEAD to manage a small team, develop and execute exploratory tests in order to ensure product quality.

The  QA Tester Lead responsibilities include estimating, planning, and performing testing activities.

You will also ensure that quality issues and defects are appropriately identified, documented, tracked, and resolved.

Responsibilities:

Analyze system specifications and business requirements of end clients and use agile Methodology

Create detailed Test plans to check the functionality of Application

Responsible for creating test case templates to facilitate mapping of manual test cases, to automation test scripts

Develop Tractability Matrix which is a proof of document to ensure that all the specifications are being tested and has no defect

Planning and reviewing the Test cases for Functionality, Security, Performance, Database and User Acceptance

As a QA Lead, participated in walk through for the evaluation of the test plan with the design and development

Perform manual testing on different Modules of the Application by executing the Test Cases

Requirements :

HTML/CSS knowledge

Proven experience as a Senior QA tester or similar role

Experience in QA methodology

Ability to document and troubleshoot errors

Excellent communication skills

Attention to detail

Analytical mind and problem-solving attitude

Strong organizational skills
