A great deal of IT&C experience
Some Telecomm experience (mix of VoIP, Call Center Systems & Hardware, SIP trunks, mobile technology)
A good deal of ERP knowledge (can substitute 2 Tablespoons of CRM/POS experience)
A bit of Cloud Computing experience(APP, ecommerce, web admin, etc)
A good deal of Network Administration knowledge essence of GDPR and computer security(mixed)some dB knowledge
Mix with :
A tremendous “Like” of all things IT
The ability to work simultaneously in an Independent and Team setting
The ability to do both the mundane stuff and the really interesting (cool) stuff Equal parts Operations, Production,Marketing, Finance, HR and Admin departments
