Titlu Job: IT Specialist
We’re seeking an IT Specialist to help us deliver enterprise-level assistance to our customers.
Implementation experience is helpful but enthusiasm and interest can trump experience; we’re willing to take a chance on someone who wants to step up.
We're looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
- Knowledge of technical support delivery processes (operational experience)
- Knowledge of hardware, software and related components
- Experience in working with desktop operating systems (Windows mainly)
- Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP protocols, routing, switching and wireless concepts)
- Experience in configuring E-mail and Office suites (pop3/imap, active-sync, Microsoft office(365))
- Knowledge of networking hardware (Gateways, Firewalls, Routers, Switches)
- Advanced English skills (reading, writing and speaking)
Responsibilities:ü
- Offering technical support and consultation services to our customers
- Installation and configuration of IT equipment (laptop’s, workstations, routers, etc.) at our customers sites
- Installation and configuration of diverse applications that our customers require (including integration with server side components)
- Creating and administering users with different permissions (including diverse security policies)
- Training customers and users on how to utilize specific applications and features
- Performing on-site interventions (programmed or on-demand) to resolve diverse issues that may appear and cannot be resolved remotely
- Generating reports (activity, systems, monitoring , etc.)
- Partaking in internal training sessions and/or specialization courses
