We’re a small team (10 or so) of dedicated, innovative, hardworking and professional people. We have an Authority Website for which we develop, write and update Articles linking to affiliate opportunities. 

About You

We’re looking for an exclusive, full time, responsible and resourceful virtual assistant to join our happy team. Working remotely, you’ll organize and update files, answer emails, and assist in editing articles and putting together writer briefs for new articles in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, able to communicate through multiple channels, and super-organized. You’ll also be responsible for managing writer invoices and payroll data. You would be required to install Time Doctor on your PC/ Laptop.


Virtual Assistant Duties and Responsibilities

Organize correspondence and answer emails

Prepare and organize databases and reports

Handle confidential employer information

Authorize payments for writers 

Manage filing systems, update records, and organize documentation

SEO research

Link outreach

Link building

Undertake first edit on all articles, per a given structure

Highly accurate proofread of a variety of documents for structure, spelling, and grammar


Virtual Assistant Requirements and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in English Language or related subject - fluent English speaker 

Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

Experience with Google Docs, cloud services, and other technology tools

Skilled in technology and able to communicate via computer, smartphone,or text

Highly organized and able to multitask and work well with fast-paced directions and instructions

Able to manage time effectively and efficiently

Able to organize and manage large amounts of files, tasks, schedules, and information

Self-directed and able to work without supervision

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and in particular - exemplary attention to detail

Ability to work using a high level of initiative

Able to work full-time GMT

Two years’ previous experience handling assistant or administrative responsibilities

Knowledge of WordPress would be preferential

Knowledge of PhotoShop would be preferential

References required

Salary $600/ month
