Titlu Job: Java Software Developer

For one of our clients, a word-leading supplier of Identification and Border Management Software Systems having the headquarters in Canada, we are looking for Java Software Developers for its office based in Bucharest. Responsibilities:
Writing design documents and functional specifications;
Participating in design and code reviews;
Developing and unit testing new software;
Debugging and fixing bugs during the stabilization and system support stage of the software;
Setting-up and configuration of system components (hardware and software);
Traveling world-wide to customers’ sites in order train system operators following deployment. Requirements:
Bachelor and Master degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering;
2+ years of experience with Java Web Development (Servlets, JSP, custom tags), JDBC and Java tools (ant, JUnit);
Strong background in applying formal development methodologies, including knowledge of use cases, requirement analysis, UML;
Experience in developing client-server systems using SQL compliant databases;
Experience with Struts and/or Hibernate frameworks is an asset;
Knowledge or experience with Java web services development and/or in developing systems with Visual C++ with MFC are considered to be assets;
Knowledge or experience in developing systems using C# would be a plus;
English language proficiency;
Availability to travel abroad. Offer:
