Titlu Job: IT QA Assurance

Role: Contribute to provide quality implementation and quality control services by measuring, monitoring and analyzing Key Performance Indicators for technical and business processes in order to maximize business value of IT Responsibilities: - Monitor KPIs associated with processes and produce reports - Manage Revenue Assurance activities in order to provide accurate results for Billing Process - Monitor quality assurance requirements for new projects and systems in order to provide a baseline for all systems in accordance with IT architecture - Perform post-implementation review analysis in projects and maintain a knowledge database with recommendations for improvement Requirements: - University degree (technical faculty will be a plus) - Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar position - Internal audit abilities - Knowledge of IT processes and methodology - Sarbanes Oxley knowledge will be a plus - Certifications in Quality Standards will be a plus - Fluency in English - Customer orientated - Very good communication skills - Attention to details Pentru a aplica trimiteti mail la adresa alexandra.covaci@salesconsulting.ro, mentionand postul pentru care aplicati.
