GESKIMO SRL - Software Developer & Digital Marketing Agency is looking for an experienced web/ systems administrator.
This is a Part Time Job in Iasi. You can either work from our office or from home.
This is a mid term contract 8 months - 1year(or more.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience administering Linux servers , and should be familiar with the installation,
configuration, troubleshooting and tuning of VLANs,VPN\'s, Proxies, SSH Tunnels, PHP, MySQL and Apache.
Additionally, experience with the creation and maintenance of system packages, monitoring tools and CVS/Subversion administration
will prove helpful. Strong candidates will have experience automating system tasks using a scripting language such as Perl or Python ;
experience with building web applications in PHP will mark an exceptional candidate.
Typical tasks to perform
* Install & configure Linux servers
* Verify Backups & System Health for all our internal/external server
* Day-To-Day End-User support for our internal staff
* Monitoring System performance, suggesting & implementing tuning issues
* 2nd level support contact person for our datacenter & various hostings
* IT infrastructure support
Technical Qualifications
* Linux (Centos 5, Red Hat Enterprise, Debian)
* Apache, Mysql admin & operations
* Advanced MySQL setup & configuration on multiple server environments
* Basic system programming (Perl/Python/PHP)
