Titlu Job: Senior Project Manager

PRINTEC Group Of Companies, a leading Technology Solutions Provider and Systems Integrator in South-Eastern Europe, offering end-to-end solutions for Banking, Retail, Telecommunications industries and Public Sector, seeks to recruit a highly motivated professional for its operations in Romania: Senior Project Manager (Ref. RSPM01) Key responsibilities: • Leads and directs medium scale technology development and integration projects in the region • Identifies appropriate resources needed, ensures the various discipline heads delivered to agreed targets and schedules on time project completion • Builds strong client contact, manages client expectations and responsibilities • Responsible to measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques in order to monitor the progress of the project, identify and quantify any variances, perform any required corrective actions, and coordinate with all stakeholders • Manages changes to project scope, project schedule, and project costs in order to keep the project plan accurate, updated and facilitate customer acceptance Qualifications and Experience: • More than 10 years experience in the IT industry (Systems Integration), of which at least 5 years as a Project Manager in complex IT projects • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field is required • Post-Graduate Degree will be considered a strong asset • Project Management Best Practices (preferably PMI or PRINCE2 or IPMA level B certification) • Solid command of the Romanian and English language (business terminology) • Excellent communication and teamwork skills • Ability to work within a multinational environment Candidates with the above competencies please send your CV in English to the following e-mail address, referring the job title and Ref. in the subject line of your e-mail: hr@printecgroup.com All applications will be processed in strict confidentiality and will be acknowledged promptly.
