Titlu Job: IT SUUPORT TECHNICIAN PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE
To provide support for IT queries on Microsoft Office and specific corporate software, Windows troubleshooting, networking and hardware components.
The ideal candidate:
* Proficiency in PORTUGUESE language and good English skills;
* Medium IT skills (MS Office package, familiarity with PC components in regards to functions and performances);
* Troubleshooting skills;
* Fast learner;
* Customer-oriented;
* Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
