Titlu Job: Support Technician

Knowledge: - Working with office software, being familiar with Internet, also working according to procedures for situation management and problem solving; - Windows in depth troubleshooting (error messages, improving performance, tweaking system); - Windows directory structure; - Windows registry structure; - File Systems (FAT and NTFS); - Configuring Windows Services; - Firewall and Anti-Virus programs usage (installation, configuration and use); - Spoken and written English language (advanced / fluent). It will be a plus: - MCSE Certification. - Spoken and written French language (advanced / fluent) Description: You are part of a team of support engineers, which is responsible for the maintenance of the IT equipments of COMODO customers. This profile must be able to work independently, punctual and offer the highest quality for all technical issues.
