Titlu Job: Junior Infrastructure Analyst
1. SCOPE OF WORK:
• Monitor events on tools;
• Create a ticket in incident handling tool, regarding information included in the alarm;
• Apply the procedure joined to the alarm if it exists;
• Transfer the incident to the Level 1 Support Team;
• Follow the actions made by all the supports teams and make an alert if no actions are provided;
• Ensure that SLA are respected and alert Management rules are followed and Higher Support levels are informed;
• Authorize and closure change operations and report;
• Report on all events during the shift and inform the next shift about ongoing actions.
2. REQUIREMENTS:
• Fluent French language is a must;
• English language would be an advantage;
• Linux and Unix Operating systems (basic level);
• Database and Middleware software (basic level);
• Network IP equipments : switch, router, load balancer, firewall …etc (basic level);
• Operation tools (Monitoring): end user level;
• Ticketing tools: end user level;
• General knowledge about SFR services.
