Titlu Job: Tester + First level customer support
Main purpose of the job is to offer first level customer support via e-mail for a web application.
*Responsibilities:*
* First level support for one web app
* Acceptance of support e-mails in English and German
* Incident management using a support ticketing system (Zendesk or similar)
* Testing & QA of the web app
*Required:*
* Excellent German and English language
* Good communication skills
* Problem solving skills: gathering information, evaluating options, and working out good solutions
* Availability to work at least 20 hours per week (with a minimum of 2 hours daily)
* Previous support or helpdesk experience
